Check-in, check out

Check in time is 2 p.m. onwards, check out time is 11 a.m. on day of departure.

In event of earlier arrival/late departure please advise our Reception staff.

We can store luggages for guests arriving earlier.

Non-smoking restaurant, rooms and apartments.

We are 100% non smoking. Our guests can smoke in the park, at designated smoking areas in front of the restaurant,

or on the castle’s terraces while enjoy the magnificent landscape.

Reservation

In order to guarantee our services a 30% deposit is charged at time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation or modification of any services must be received 10 days prior so the amount of deposit can be utilized in year of reservation.

Cancellation fee

In event of late cancellation amount of deposit will not be paid back.

Sorry, pets are not allowed. The area is secured by dogs! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
